Since we work with the materials every day, the staff at Beadworld definitely have favourite products. European quality tools: if you’re doing a lot of beadwork, quality tools make a difference! The german-made, red-handled tool series is nice to handle, tough and durable while still delicate enough for detailed work.

African glass: a fair trade, unique product, the recycled African glass beads are made by hand and brought to us direct from the source by a supplier who personally travels to the village in Africa, providing them with supplies of glass and fair prices for the work. These rough-shaped, large hole glass beads are very popular!

Exotic wood beads and seeds: for a funky, organic look, Beadworld maintains an ever-changing stock of interesting wood, nut and seed beads from around the world.

Thread Heaven thread conditioner: a non-toxic, hypo-allergenic and acid free conditioner, Thread Heaven creates a static charge on fine threads, binding them to prevent fraying and inhibiting tangles. It also helps to strengthen and straighten your thread, making your bead thread more durable and generally easier to work with. Great for any sort of weaving or fringe where long pieces of thread are used.

Fabulustre: This double sided polishing cloth uses Professional Jeweler’s Rouge to clean and polish silver, gold, plated metals and softer semi-precious – just rub with the dark red rouge cloth, then buff with the soft reverse side!

Swarovski crystals: An absolute favourite, these premium quality, multicolour crystals - and high quality glass pearls in a range of natural tones - add sparkle, colour and class to any project!
